An appointment is not necessary, however by booking ahead, it will reduce your wait time in store. When making an appointment, be sure to select My Byte Fitzroy or My Byte South Yarra as your preferred service provider. We look forward to meeting you.
Hardware repairs
Repairs include displays, batteries, cameras and rear system. We can repair devices covered under AppleCare+, along with warranty and out of warranty.
Software Fix
We can update your iPhone or restore it to factory settings to remove any bugs that may be causing problems.
Accidents
Under AppleCare+, for a small fee, all incidents are covered. Without AppleCare+ we may be able to repair or replace your device at a discounted price.

In some circumstances we will be unable to proceed with your repair for privacy reasons. This is to prevent unauthorised persons from servicing your device without your knowledge.

In some cases, yes, however it is not recommended because if the condition of your iPhone changes whilst outside of our service centre, we may be unable to proceed with your repair. Our technicians will always work on a case by case basis to ensure we meet your personal needs.
