Although for any IOS device, iPad, iPhone, Beats or AirPods we are only taking jobs through appointments. We are asking that everybody makes a reservation for any IOS device here at https://getsupport.apple.com. Make sure you set your location to South Yarra or Fitzroy.

All work is conducted in-house and your equipment will be in good hands whilst in our care. Being an Apple Authorised Service Provider, we use genuine Apple parts for all hardware repairs.AppleCare and Warranty repairs covers only hardware specific failures. Software issues are not eligible.
Before bringing in your device, remember to backup all your important data. If you suspect your hard drive is failing or hearing clicking sounds, backup as many important files as quickly as you can.

Before bringing in your iPhone, iPad or iPod in for repair, please ensure you remove your device from this service. For details on how to remove your device from Find My iPhone.
This will ensure a fluent repair process.

AppleCare+ ^^ provides extended expert technical support, additional hardware coverage and accidental coverage for your piece of mind. For more information visit the link below.
^^ Coverage for software related issues and data recovery are exempt. Eg: removal of malware/operating system reinstallation, recovery of data from faulty storage.
Out of Warranty Devices
Quote and Assessment is $99.00 for Macs and $49.00 for iPhone and iPad. Pricing is inclusive of GST.
