This is heavily dependent on the time of year, however typically you will get your device back either same day or within a few business days.
In some circumstances we will be unable to proceed with your service for privacy reasons. This is to prevent unauthorised persons from servicing your device without your knowledge.
Unfortunately we do not.
In some cases, yes, however it is not recommended because if the condition of your device changes whilst outside of our service centre, we may be unable to proceed with your repair. Our technicians will always work on a case by case basis to ensure we meet your personal needs.
